1. E-commerce strategy: Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
2. Performance campaigns: Conceptualize and optimize ad Campaigns (end to end) across various marketplaces. Create and share weekly reports for the same.
3. Catalog management: Oversee the digital catalog, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management. Ensure all product information is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Competitor research: Should be able to analyze the various categories and stay up to date with the daily market trends and must be able to optimize our offerings and stay competitive in the market.
5. Business development: Coordinate with the business teams at various marketplaces and achieve the set targets every week.
6. Inventory management: Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all the platforms daily. Perform regular audits and reconciliation of inventory across warehouses.
7. Data analysis: Should have the ability to analyze business data using MS-Excel or G-sheets to take informed business decisions
1. Bachelors degree in technology or marketing from tier-1 colleges.
2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
3. Should have proficient knowledge of MS Excel.

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹200,000 - 250,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
