Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Collection Executive located in Bokaro Steel City. The Collection Executive will be responsible for reaching out to customers to collect overdue loan payments and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Collection Executive will also update customer information and communicate with clients regarding payment updates and payment plans. This is an on-site role where the Collection Executive must be able to work well in a team setting and have excellent communication skills to interact with customers and clients.
