2. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product offerings
4. Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture our designer community
5. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
6. Organize and host community events to foster relationships with customers and promote brand loyalty
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our community management efforts
