1. Responsible for incoming and outgoing calls, attending walk-ins & answering email queries in the desired time frame. The queries are often time-sensitive, so promptness is essential.
2. Manage appointments via CRM software. Coordinate, schedule, and confirm appointments and meetings of doctors and other members of the team.
3. Understanding client problems, answering their queries, educating clients about the treatments available, and directing them to the right doctor or therapist within the team
4. Ensure all the complaints from the clients are handled delicately and informed to the Manager
5. Oversee the day-to-day facility management and coordinate with vendors/reporting managers in case any repairs or maintenance work needs to be done
6. Maintain records of billing, patient details, etc. of all new and existing patients in existing MIS reports and update any reports (as and when required)
7. Maintenance of cash and other registers
8. Handing over cash and card receipts to the person concerned from the accounts department
9. Supervise housekeeping when needed
10. Maintaining confidentiality as medical and other data being handled would be strictly confidential
11. Plan and execute events at the clinic to create awareness about mental health
12. Work with the clinical and corporate marketing team to manage other strategic initiatives and forums
Skills & Qualifications
1. Graduate in any discipline
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Good command of Hindi, English, and Marathi
4. Shall be willing to work 8-9 hours shifts, 6 days a week
5. Should be well versed with MS Excel, and MS Word and able to update daily reports
6. Willing to multitask and manage guest relations and general administrative work
