1. Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients, including walk-ins and trials
2. Responsible for achieving target by driving conversion
3. Responsible for upselling
4. Maintain a record of every interaction with new users
5. Enter all details of customers and walk-ins on internal tools
6. Manage center experience and incremental enhancements
7. Ensure timely opening and closing of the center
8. Manage inventory: ensure inventory of essentials, supplies, and equipment; responsible for stocking and re-ordering (first aid, stationery, water, towels, etc.)
9. Manage classes and workouts
10. Ensure the punctuality of trainers and classes
11. Handle issues related to attendance, equipment, and space availability
12. Interact with customers for troubleshooting and handling walk-ins or prospective clients
13. Improve member attendance through meet and greet, familiarity building, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
14. Take feedback from members and partners about classes and document the same
15. Handle issues that may impact consumer experience during or pre/post-class
16. Conduct center facility audits and provide inputs
17. Ensure daily audits of the center and facility, including all supplies and essentials
18. Eligible for conversion to full-time employment after 12 months of consistent performance
Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's degree
2. 0-2 years of work experience
3. Passion for fitness and healthy living
4. People management skills
5. Good communication skills (Proficiency in English)
