Corporate Sales Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy
2. Gain a deep understanding of the company's services and find gaps in the customer's lives wherein the company's services fit
3. Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing telesales executive skills such as listening, empathy, and problem-solving
4. Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support
5. Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
6. Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders, or queries
7. Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the executive job role
8. Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
9. Be aware of the latest industry trends as an executive
10. Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
