We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Spiritual Advisor to join our team, focusing on guiding clients in their selection and use of Rudraksha beads. As a key member of our organization, you will help customers fulfill their spiritual and personal goals by offering expert advice both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Offer insightful spiritual guidance to customers regarding Rudraksha selection and utilization.
2. Interact with clients through various channels, including email, chat, and phone, as well as in-person at exhibitions and events.
3. Educate clients on the benefits and spiritual significance of different Rudraksha varieties.
4. Represent the company at global exhibitions and events, showcasing our products and services.
5. Stay informed about Rudraksha types and spiritual practices to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.
6. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Participate in company training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
1. A strong interest or background in spiritual practices, especially involving Rudraksha.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Compassionate and empathetic approach when engaging with clients.
4. Willingness to travel internationally for exhibitions and events (all travel expenses covered).
5. Previous experience in a similar role or in spiritual counseling is advantageous but not required.
6. Basic computer skills and proficiency with online communication tools.
7. Preference is given to candidates based in Mumbai.
