1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
4. Basic knowledge of banking and financial products is preferred but not required.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
6. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
7. Able to take non-scripted inbound & outbound calls.
