1. Do sales
2. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
3. Perform real estate market analysis
4. Coordinate appraisals and inspections; negotiate property repair requests and offers on behalf of the buyer; draft and review documents and contracts
