We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team as an IT services and consulting company based in India. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by reaching out to prospective clients in the USA through cold calling. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients, establish rapport, and schedule appointments with them for our IT services and consulting offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cold calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA with the goal of introducing our IT services and consulting solutions.
2. Appointment setting: Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations, identify their needs, and schedule appointments with our sales team for detailed discussions.
3. Lead qualification: Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure that scheduled appointments meet our target client profile.
4. Follow-up: Maintain a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads that are not immediately ready for appointments.
5. Database management: Keep accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, including call details, client responses, and appointment schedules.
6. Product knowledge: Stay updated with our IT services and consulting offerings to effectively communicate their value to prospective clients.
7. Meeting targets: Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment scheduling.
1. Excellent communication skills: Strong command of the English language, with a clear and persuasive communication style.
2. Sales acumen: Demonstrated ability to engage with prospective clients, identify their needs, and persuade them to take action.
3. Persistence: A resilient and tenacious attitude towards cold calling and follow-up activities.
4. Time management: Effective time management skills to maintain productivity during evening and night hours.
5. Team player: Ability to collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to align efforts and goals.
6. Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service is a plus but not necessary.
7. Willingness to work from the office from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST.
8. Self-discipline and motivation to meet and exceed targets.
