Key responsibilities:

(a) Lead management:
1. Manage and maintain clean databases.

3. Design lead automation processes on the CRM tool.

(b) User management:
1. Account creation and management.
2. Train and assist the sales and operations team.
3. Provide support and handle any issues related to the CRM.

(c) Campaign management: Set up and manage campaigns on the CRM tool.

(d) Reporting and analytics: Generate and analyze reports and dashboards for management and team leads.

(e) Issue resolution:
1. Handle escalations and deliver optimal solutions within the stipulated time.
2. Connect with vendors and service providers for integrations and resolve issues.
