Key responsibilities:

3. Engage with potential customers on social media to encourage conversions, provide product information, and answer questions to guide purchase decisions
4. Track customer engagement data and conversion metrics from social media interactions, preparing reports to assess effectiveness and identify improvement areas
5. Keep the CRM sheets up to date with customer data from social media interactions and inquiries to ensure seamless follow-up
6. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions on social media to support sales goals
