Key responsibilities:

1. Manage engagement for 20-25 accounts.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with Level 1 stakeholders.
3. Execute webinars, programs, and campaigns to enhance overall engagement.
4. Analyze data, generate reports, and communicate findings effectively.
5. Travel as needed to support account management and engagement efforts.
6. Identify and report any red flags or potential issues promptly.
7. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

Client Relationship English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Office
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

2. Experience in organizing events

3. Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel)

4. Ability to be able to speak other languages like Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi is a plus
