Key responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer support through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.
2. Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly and efficiently.
3. Maintain and update customer records accurately.
4. Utilize Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets to manage and analyse data.
5. Prepare and present reports as required.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
1. Education: Bachelor's degree.
2. Language: English.
Qualifications and skills:
1. Education: Graduate in any stream with at least 70% marks.
2. Communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
3. Technical skills: Superior Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills.
4. Soft skills: Strong presentation and writing skills.
5. Work ethic: Diligent, hardworking, and high ethical values.
6. Availability: Willingness to work the day shift (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM).
7. Salary and benefits: INR 18,000 to 25,000 per month.
