Key responsibilities:
1. Research and create segments of contacts/companies from multiple sources, including Apollo, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, and other relevant platforms, using AND/OR logics to filter results
2. Validate data using multiple tools like Neverbounce
3. Collaborate with the outreach team to import data into outreach platforms
4. Manage and organize data for targeted email campaigns
5. Utilize Excel functions like VLOOKUP for data management
6. Manage data between HubSpot, Apollo, Zoominfo
7. Schedule campaigns with the help of the outreach team
Skills and Experience:
1. Proficiency in Excel
2. Proficiency in using tools like Apollo, Zoominfo, Lusha
3. Proficiency in using CRMs like HubSpot/Salesforce to manage data
4. Excellent research skills and ability to navigate tools and websites to find pertinent information
5. Quick learner with a knack for technology and new software/tools
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team
8. No specific educational background required
9. Freshers are welcome, with comprehensive training provided
10. Willingness to work in a startup culture
11. Flexibility with work hours
