Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media & Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media marketing plans and campaigns across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
2. Create engaging and compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, tailored to each platform and target audience.
3. Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into strategies.
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement and growth.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
6. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with paid social advertising campaigns.
2. Graphic design or video editing skills.
3. Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
