Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and results-driven 'Digital Marketing and Business Development Associate' to take charge of designing our company logo, revamping our website, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels. This role will also involve identifying potential clients in the real estate and unsecured business loan segments, as well as sourcing clients for Private EQuity Funds.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with designers to create a new logo that aligns with the company's brand identity.
2. Lead the project to revamp the company website, ensuring it reflects our services and appeals to our target audience.
3. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, Google search, and Facebook to generate leads in the real estate and unsecured business loan segments.
4. Research and identify potential clients for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
5. Create and manage targeted outreach strategies to engage potential clients through personalized emails, social media interactions, and follow-up messages.
6. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize them for better results.
7. Maintain a CRM system to track client engagements and lead conversions.
8. Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and assist in closing deals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or a similar role.
Proven experience in social media marketing.
Strong understanding of email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and WhatsApp business communications.
Familiarity with lead generation strategies.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year
