Key responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of customer issues reported and resolve the problems, diagnose and troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer
2. Generate new AMC for weighing scales
3. Organize service visits
4. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
5. Maintain proper report of closure of all issues, Prepare accurate and timely reports, and share with concerned departments
6. Maintain accurate records
7. Review service performance
8. Generate new AMC for weighing scales
