2. Experience with facility management information systems, including attendance tracking tools, security and monitoring systems, and communication devices for coordinating with the Security Head, Logistics Head, and other key departments to execute tasks.
3. Passionate about building the best-in-class business accommodations across all our facilities, excelling in the role, and motivating the team.
4. Calm and composed, with the ability to react to every requirement immediately.
5. Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles.
6. Proficient in verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to coordinate with people across different regions.
7. Should know all the South Indian languages along with Hindi.
8. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
9. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
