Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and cultivate new customers to increase sales
2. Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns
3. Pitch to clients and generate leads to secure potential deals
4. Develop a detailed database of potential new customers/clients
5. Schedule introductory meetings for senior management and prospective customers
6. Prepare sales presentations for customer meetings
7. Implement ongoing sales processes through various communication channels
8. Collect feedback from customers on the product
9. Research new market opportunities
10. Maintain comprehensive records and analyze all marketing activities
11. Collaborate with the sales management team for synergy across the organization
12. Ensure achievement of related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
