1. Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
2. Proven track record in technical sales, preferably in the automation or solar industry
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of automation and solar products
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Willingness to travel as needed
