Finance CA Intern Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. GST and TDS compliance:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns
- Support in the reconciliation of GST input and output tax credits
- Assist in TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns.

2. Invoicing and billing:
- Assist in the generation and issuance of invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approval for invoicing
- Support billing activities and address client inquiries related to invoices

4. Balance sheet preparation:
- Gain exposure to the preparation and analysis of balance sheets under the guidance of senior team members
- Assist in reconciling balance sheet accounts and identifying discrepancies
- Learn about financial statement preparation and reporting processes

5. Salary processing:
- Support the finance team in processing employee salaries and reimbursements
- Assist in payroll calculations, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements
- Learn about payroll software systems and processes used in salary processing.

6. Documentation and record-keeping:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Organize and archive financial documents according to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Learn about document management practices and data security protocols
