We're looking for a motivated and organized young professional to join the Founder's Office at the Alumni Club. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for operations and an interest in business development. You'll work alongside the founder, focusing on streamlining club operations, coordinating events, and building an engaged community. This is a high-impact role with the chance to gain experience in all facets of business operations and grow your network.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations coordination: Oversee daily execution of front end processes as per the KPIs established.
2. Event support: Assist in planning and coordinating professional and social events
3. Community engagement: Help keep the community engaged by promptly responding to queries, run campaigns, and encourage discussion.
4. Partnerships & sponsorships: Identify and create partnerships with venues, sponsors, and other key stakeholders to enhance events.
5. Data & reporting: Track and analyze key metrics for events and member engagement. Compile basic reports for the founder to inform decision-making.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, journalism or a related field.
2. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in operations, event planning, or community engagement.
3. Skills: Highly organised, multi-tasker, pro-active. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Should be tech savvy.
5. Mindset: Self-starter with an eye for detail and problem-solving.
6. Bonus: Experience in alumni or community groups is a plus.
7. Marketing operations experience and knowledge.

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,80,000 /year
