About the Role:

We are looking for dedicated and driven individuals to join our team as Fractional Sales associates. This is a full-time, sales-to-hire position where you'll get certified, gain valuable experience, and be part of a supportive, dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact 50-100 potential customers a day via telephone.
2. Understand customers' needs and requirements to effectively pitch our products and services.
3. Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively managing leads and consistently closing sales.
4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
5. Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure goals are met.
