General Management Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Participate in on-the-job training in different departments, including but not limited to sales, marketing and operations.
2. Assist in project management and implementation, under the guidance of senior management.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely completion of projects.
5. Maintain accurate records of project details, progress, and outcomes.
6. Attend and participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required.
