1. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in only managing Google and Facebook ad campaigns.
2. Understanding of client goals, and able to create and execute strategies to exceed defined goals
3. Experience with Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to drive campaign optimization.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
8. Experience with other advertising platforms, such as LinkedIn and Twitter, is a plus.
