About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to develop advertising strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
2. Campaign Planning: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audience, keywords, demographics, and interests for effective campaign targeting and messaging.
3. Campaign Setup: Create and set up Google and Facebook ad campaigns, including ad groups, targeting options, bidding strategies, and tracking mechanisms.
4. Ad Creation and Copywriting: Develop compelling and engaging ad creatives, headlines, and ad copy that resonate with the target audience and align with campaign objectives.
5. Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
6. Implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
7. A/B Testing: Conduct experiments and A/B tests to identify the most effective ad variations, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Implement the findings to improve campaign performance.
8. Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets and allocate funds effectively to maximize ROI. Provide recommendations on budget adjustments based on campaign performance.
9. Conversion Tracking and Reporting: Set up conversion tracking and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Generate regular reports and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
10. Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up with the latest trends, features, and best practices in Google and Facebook advertising. Implement new strategies and features to enhance campaign performance.
11. Team management experience
12. Experience with Managing Multiple Ad Campaigns at the same time.
13. Collaborate with the internal team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
14. Communicate regularly with clients to provide campaign updates and performance reports.
15. Provide regular analysis of competitors' advertising strategies to ensure our clients remain competitive.

Facebook Marketing Google Analytics Performance Management System

Other requirements

1. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in only managing Google and Facebook ad campaigns.

2. Understanding of client goals, and able to create and execute strategies to exceed defined goals

3. Experience with Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.

4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to drive campaign optimization.

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

8. Experience with other advertising platforms, such as LinkedIn and Twitter, is a plus.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
