Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the HR team and handling internal talent acquisition, within the desired timeframe, by leveraging a wide array of resourcing channels.
2. Building industry-leading strategies for information, data management, and employee engagement.
3. Managing onboarding and employee lifecycle management and exits.
4. Do constructive engagement of our associates for improved retention.
5. Teach students online and offline.
6. Take live trading sessions.
7. Solve the doubts of students.
8. Write content and articles on trading.
9. Counsel students if required.
