Key responsibilities:

1. Handle IT requirements from India-based clients
2. Conduct full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and close candidates for assigned requisitions
3. Source candidates from Job Portals (Monster, Naukri, Dice, Career Builder, Job Diva) and make job postings on these portals
4. Achieve a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements
5. Develop strategies that include understanding client requirements and mapping relevant targets
6. Validate resumes for experience and verify work status

Other requirements

1. Good communication Skills are a must

2. Must have internship experience in recruitment min 4 months

3. Graduate (preferably B.Tech or tech background)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 15 days

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
