About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Interact with management to understand the short-term and long-term hiring needs of various regions.
2. Set performance standards and evaluate local HR teams/HR Administrators in regional employee care.
3. Design employees' compensation and benefits packages.
4. Define onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture.
5. Help organize employer branding activities.
6. Determine training plans for each employee and department.
7. Prepare and manage the division's budget.
8. Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements as needed.
9. Design and implement company policies that align with our business objectives in every region.
10. Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards.
11. Support staff and managers with day-to-day issues.
12. Coordinate with the National HR Manager to craft organization-wide strategies and objectives.

Other requirements

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate degree in HR

1. Should have work experience as a Regional HR Manager or in a similar role.

2. Should have a good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.

3. Good knowledge of local labor regulations.

4. Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management Software.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. Leadership abilities.

7. Should be fluent in Hindi, English, and 2-3 other regional languages. This is required to interact with regional teams across the nation.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 9,00,000 /year
