An operations analyst is responsible for finding qualified candidates for job openings and working to meet the needs of both the client and the organization throughout the hiring process.
Key responsibilities:
1. Attracting and sourcing candidates, pre-screening, and presenting qualified job candidates to the client.
2. Serving as the main point of contact for all parties throughout the collaborative hiring process.
3. Conducting reference checks and background checks.
4. Managing the job offer process.
5. Delivering an exceptional candidate experience by planning and preparing for their training.
6. Participating in employee onboarding to ensure the new hire is prepared to begin work.
