Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate business development:
- Develop and manage partnerships to achieve set objectives, strengthening both new and existing relationships.
2. Stakeholder engagement and partner acquisition:
- Collaborate with teams, HR professionals, senior executives, and business leaders across various agencies, digital advertising firms, brands, and industries.
- Build and expand a network of top agencies and brands across diverse sectors, enhancing recruitment efforts in India and globally.
3. Relationship building - student and employer engagement:
- Foster strong relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and promote student opportunities.
- Collect and analyze employer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Establish and maintain high-level industry connections.
- Partner with industry leaders to organize job fairs, networking events, workshops, and masterclasses that enhance student learning and corporate engagement, providing platforms for students to connect with potential employers.
4. Job placement, student interaction, and career mentorship:
- Engage with students to understand their career aspirations and goals.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to help students achieve their desired outcomes.
- Match students with appropriate job opportunities and facilitate the placement process.
- Assist students in refining their resumes, cover letters, and portfolios to enhance their interview prospects.
- Offer guidance on job and internship opportunities, application procedures, and interview techniques.
