Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
2. Handle the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
3. Oversee payroll management and maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
4. Coordinate employee appraisals, manage talent development, and lead employee engagement initiatives.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
6. Handle administrative tasks related to office management, including travel arrangements, procurement, and general office maintenance.
7. Oversee coordination with vendors for various administrative services.
8. Ensure a smooth workflow of office operations by managing resources effectively.
