Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
2. Collaborate with the entire HR team for ideation and execution of employee engagement initiatives, to foster a positive workplace culture
3. Work closely the HR Business Partner with the goal setting and talent evaluation process
4. Responsible for accurate updation of organisation charts, key HR records and ad-hoc reports needed by business
5. Support the HR Business Partner to improve processes within established procedures
1. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources, keen to make a
career in the HR space
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
3. Mature approach, reliable, and able to understand data confidentiality
4. A proactive nature with digital-first approach and willingness to get involved with all aspects of the work of the HR department
