HR executive is responsible for providing administrative and human resources support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, handle multiple priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day office operations
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
3. Assist with employee relations by addressing employee grievances and providing support to resolve conflicts
4. Perform other related duties as assigned by management
5. Onboard new hires by conducting orientation sessions, explaining company policies, and completing necessary paperwork
6. Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws
7. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Ahmedabad
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
2. At least 6 months of experience in administrative and human resources roles will be a plus

1. Understanding of HR and administration roles
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
5. Preferred: Ahmedabad location
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
