Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
2. Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
3. Handling recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews
4. Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires
5. Assisting in organizing company events or employee engagement activities
6. Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
7. Answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and managing office correspondence
8. Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
9. Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills
4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
