About the job

1. Recruitment and selection:
i. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs to source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions, utilizing both traditional and innovative recruitment methods.
ii. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for final selection.
2. Employee lifecycle management:
i. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
ii. Conduct orientation sessions, providing new employees with information on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
iii. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed, and personnel files are up-to-date at all times.
iv. Verify master data and update in HRIS before the first month of salary processing.
v. Handle employee queries and resolve issues related to HR processes/policies and other HR-related matters.
vi Manage overall leave & time management through online systems custodian of HRIS to ensure accurate and complete data is captured and prepare HR reports or ad-hoc HR reports as and when required.
vii. Support other HR operations like confirmations, promotions, transfers, separation, etc.
3. HR operations and compliance:
i. Administer HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, rules, and regulations.
ii. Support payroll administration, benefits management, and leave and attendance tracking.
4. Employee relations:
i. Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their queries, and concerns, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
ii. Promote positive employee relations by fostering open communication, resolving conflicts, and providing support where needed.
iii. Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives,
such as employee recognition programs and team-building activities.
iv. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee feedback mechanisms.

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) HRIS MS-Excel MS-Office MS-Word
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. 1 - 3 years of experience in HR generalist or related field.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis) and HRIS software (preferably Keka).

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Detail-oriented, organized, prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mind-set.

7. Exceptionally good fresh grads will be considered.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 29,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
