1. Manage compensation and statutory compliance
2. Maintain attendance records for employees across different offices and branches
3. Process payroll accurately and timely each month, including bank transfers and reporting with Finance
4. Maintain leave records and leave registers
5. Keep the employee register updated
6. Compute wages and salary, and maintain the wages and salary register
7. Maintain the PF eligibility register
8. Prepare full and final settlements for employees who have resigned or been terminated
9. Demonstrate proficiency with MS-Excel
10. Handle employee life cycle activities from joining formalities to final settlement
11. Administer joining, confirmation, transfer, and relocation processes
12. Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, etc., in a timely manner
13. Maintain employee personal files and act as custodian of the same
14. Prepare I-cards and attendance cards for all concerned
15. Complete all joining forms for new employees and introduce them to staff members
16. Ensure timely payment of all admin-related bills, including telephone and electricity
17. Maintain proper stock of medicines required for first aid
18. Keep adequate stock of stationery in the company
19. Prepare a birthday list of employees on a monthly basis
20. Address all general department-related work and issues
21. Handle any other responsibilities that may be entrusted from time to time
