Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:
i. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs.
ii. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
iii. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
2. Onboarding:
i. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
ii. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
3. Documentation:
i. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
ii. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
