2. Promote positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
2. Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
3. Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
