4. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and policies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
6. Utilize your expertise in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word to create reports, analyze data, and streamline HR processes
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote positive company culture, foster employee development, and drive organizational success
