3. Assist in conducting new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
5. Support the HR team in handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
6. Help in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations using MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Office.
7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices.
