Industrial Engineer Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct time and motion studies for assembly processes of products such as pipes and pipe fittings, as well as operations including truck loading and packaging across multiple plants.
2. Develop layouts for storage and material movement to optimize efficiency and streamline operations.
3. Support automation projects across all plant locations to enhance productivity and reduce manual processes.
4. Calculate plant capacity and identify opportunities for capacity optimization across all plants.
5. Analyze lead times across processes to identify value-added activities and eliminate non-value-added activities, improving overall process efficiency.
