Inside Sales And Business Development Representative Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and research
2. Support the performance marketing team by managing the CRM, responding to leads, and attempting to close leads
3. Nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the funnel
4. Share relevant information with prospects and offer communicated consultation to make right choices for them
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting key accounts
6. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
7. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

1. 3-4 years of experience in inside sales or business development in consultative selling
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
