We're looking to add innovative, ambitious, passionate, and energetic individuals across various functions of the company to help us meet and exceed our business objectives. As an 'Inside Sales Manager', you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base in existing and new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales of LimeTray products & services to the International market.
2. Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and engage in strategic, consultative conversations to understand their business needs.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our products and services.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular follow-ups, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate information about our offerings.
5. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and make recommendations for sales strategies.
7. Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities accurately.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including key account managers, project managers, technical leads, and executives, to ensure smooth handover of projects from sales to delivery teams.
9. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.

Other requirements

Desired profile:

1. A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is mandatory.

2. Proven 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the software or IT services industry.

3. Understanding and experience in selling technology solutions to the International market.

4. Excellent (international level) communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various organizational levels.

5. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

7. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Office Suites (Excel, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
