The 'Management Trainee' will undergo a structured training program designed to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in various aspects of an organization. Key responsibilities:
1. Training and development:
a. Participate in a structured training program in 1 of the mentioned roles of the business, which includes tech support, demand generation, and customer success.
b. Gain hands-on experience through project assignments and skill placements.
a. Support the development of content for marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
b. Assist in the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid media).
c. Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
d. Cold calling Experience
