Inside Sales Telemarketing Representative Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest in our exhibition stall design solutions
2. Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening
3. Utilize scripts and sales strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services
4. Gather and document relevant information from potential clients to facilitate the sales process
5. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads
6. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the Excel
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the market
8. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.; freshers are encouraged to apply
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
4. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
5. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
6. Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
8. Bachelor's degree preferred
