IT Support Engineer - Goa Project Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical support:
- Provide first-level technical support to users experiencing issues with the robotics Hardware Kit.
- Troubleshoot hardware-related problems, including component failures, assembly errors, and connectivity issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions effectively.
- Provide clear and concise troubleshooting steps to users.

2. Hardware maintenance:
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and components.
- Coordinate with STEMpedia for repairs or replacements as needed.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of hardware kits.

3. User training:
- Conduct training sessions on hardware assembly, usage, and basic troubleshooting.
- Develop user manuals and guides for hardware components.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users.

4. Data management:
- Maintain detailed records of support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and resolved issues.
- Generate reports on hardware performance and support metrics.

5. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and address hardware-related challenges.
- Work closely with STEMpedia to resolve complex technical issues.
