Jr. Industrial Designer Fresher Job

Tungsten Studio is currently looking for a talented, enthusiastic and driven industrial designer to join its product design team to start immediately.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on 3D printed products with the design principal and other team members.
2. Develop 3D models in Autodesk Fusion 360 for new products/projects in development as per the concept.
3. Research the required details and equipment for the products.
4. Work on concept development with sketches as per the design requirements.
5. Analyse how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences.
6. Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners.
7. Research materials and techniques.
8. Sketch drafts on paper or digitally (for example, using CAD).
9. Produce prototypes and test functionality.
10. Improve the design of existing products.
11. Gather feedback from product users.

Candidate must have excellent command of:

1. 3D modelling with Fusion 360
2. Adobe Creative Suite
3. Blender 3D
4. Software for animations is a plus

Requirements:

1. Good time management capability and proactivity
2. Good problem-solving skills
3. Critical thinking
4. Adaptability
5. B.Sc/M.Sc in product design or relevant field
6. Education: Degree in the Design field;
7. Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English

1. The selected candidates will report directly to the lead designer.
