Looking for an accountant to manage the following in Zoho Books:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting to sales invoices, preparation of DC, e-way bills, and other logistic documents
2. Accounts receivable management: Allocating payment receipts and following up on outstanding payments
3. Maintaining bank reconciliation
4. Monthly reports: Sales report, aging report, and p&l by day 7 at the latest
5. Tax compliance: GST, TDS, and professional tax
6. Custom clearance: Liaising with CHA and submitting required import/export documents
7. Ad-Hoc tasks as allocated
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities
Other requirements
1. Must have own vehicle for commute
2. Good proficiency on English
3. BCom, MCom, and past pursuant of professional courses (semi-qualified CA)
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
