We are seeking a dynamic and driven financial architect & investor relations executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our financial operations, ensuring the smooth flow of funds, and building strong relationships with investors. As part of our finance team, you will be responsible for a wide range of key functions in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fundings & pitching: Develop and present funding pitches to potential investors, venture capitalists, and other stakeholders.
2. Investor relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, addressing queries and providing timely updates on the financial health of the company.
3. Billings & settlements: Ensure accurate and timely billings, processing of settlements, and management of financial transactions.
4. Taxation & bank relations: Handle tax planning, compliance, and liaise with banks to manage banking operations efficiently.
5. Cash flow & funds flow: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring a steady and healthy flow of funds.
6. Billings & revenues: Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of revenues, manage accounts receivable and payable.
7. Accounting & finance: Maintain financial records, oversee financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
